Responsible Gaming Tools

g5666 provides multiple effective tools to keep you safe. These can be activated from your account at any time.

Set Deposit Limits

Set your own daily, weekly or monthly deposit limit. Once the limit is reached, g5666 will automatically stop any further deposits. The minimum deposit is ৳200 — play within this limit.

Set Time Limits

Decide in advance how long you will play each session. When the set time is up, the system will notify you and can end the session if needed. This helps keep gaming a healthy habit.

Reality Check Notifications

At regular intervals a pop-up notification will remind you how long you have been playing and how much you have spent. This information helps you make informed decisions.

Cooling-Off Period

Temporarily pause your account for a set period (24 hours, 7 days or 30 days). During this time no bets or deposits can be made, but logging in to your account is still possible.

Self-Exclusion

If you want to take a long-term break from gaming, activate self-exclusion. You can choose from a minimum of 6 months up to permanent exclusion. During this time your account will be completely closed.

24/7 Live Support

If you have concerns about gaming, contact our Bengali live chat support at any time. Our trained team will help you take the right steps.

Chasing losses: After a loss you are increasing your bets in the hope of winning in the next round.
Losing track of time: You are spending much more time gaming than you planned.
Avoiding family and friends: Your social and family relationships are being damaged because of gaming.
Hiding your gaming: You are hiding your gaming from family or lying about it.
Neglecting daily responsibilities: You are having difficulty meeting work, study or family responsibilities.
Emotional instability: When you stop gaming you feel discomfort, anxiety or mood changes.
Financial difficulty: You are having trouble paying bills or your savings are running out because of gaming.
